Preparing for Birth

A prepared birth is the best birth.

As your certified BEST childbirth instructor, I teach you everything you need to know to make informed, confident decisions about your birth and journey into parenthood with BEST’s Preparing for Birth curriculum.

Preparing for Birth is where intuition meets evidence-based birth. Our comprehensive birth course is for every birthing person. Physiological, medicated, vaginal, and cesarean birth are all included in this course. Preparing for Birth will leave you excited and ready for whatever birth you are planning.

My goal is for you to feel prepared, confident, and calm for your best birth. Partners love the course because every session includes partner tips and hands-on practice.

This course includes your Preparing for Birth Course Journal and a comprehensive two-hour infant feeding course, Prepared Feeding. This will help you continue preparing for your birth between our course sessions. Course meditations are also available
